Virtual Assistant Bios

Tiffeny Russell and her family live in Sooke, British Columbia, Canada, a small community on Vancouver Island. A member of our Murphy Assistants virtual assistant team since 2006, Tiffeny takes pride in offering superior customer service and is dedicated to meeting and exceeding the unique needs of each of our clients. She loves the diversity of offering virtual assistant services to both our US and Canadian clients.

With a strong office administrative and customer service background, Tiffeny had the pleasure of gaining experience in a variety of industries prior to becoming a virtual assistant including, but not limited to, telecommunication (Telus), first aid, office equipment maintenance and supply (Canon Business Solutions), and sales. Moreover, she spent over five years as a certified horticulturist and has a Diploma in Greenhouse Management from Kwantlen School of Horticulture - B.C.'s leading horticulture training facility.

Like most virtual assistants, Tiffeny is committed to life-long-learning. She is currently working on completing The Associate Certificate in Web Technologies program at British Columbia Institute of Technology.
