Tiffeny Russell Project Manager

Tiffeny Russell lives in Victoria , British Columbia with her husband and two children and has been a Murphy Assistants team member since March 2006. Tiffeny takes pride in offering superior customer service and is dedicated to meeting and exceeding the unique needs of each of our clients. To date she has provided data entry, appointment scheduling, calendar management, reminder services, manual invoicing, and internet research to Murphy Assistant clients.   

With a strong office administrative and customer service background, Tiffeny had the pleasure of gaining experience in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, telecommunication (Telus), first aid, office equipment maintenance and supply (Canon Business Solutions), and sales. Moreover, she spent over five years as a certified horticulturist.

Tiffeny’s ability to think outside the box as well as her organization and interpersonal skills enabled her to effectively manage this fast paced and dynamic environment.  Committed to life-long-learning, Tiffeny continues to expand her skill set. She recently completed training with BCIT to add junior web authoring to her arsenal of skills and looks forward to expanding her knowledge in this area.
